You made something.

Maybe it was a sketch on the back of a napkin. Maybe it was a painting that surprised you. Maybe it was a poem you wrote at 2 a.m. when you couldn't sleep, or a photo of something that caught your eye and made you feel something you hadn't felt in a while.

You made it. And it's sitting in your phone, or on your desk, or in a drawer, or in a folder on your laptop that you never open.

Because posting it feels impossible.

Not because you don't want to. Because something inside you — something old, something trained, something that has kept you alive for a very long time — is screaming: Don't. Not yet. Not you. Not this.
